Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Mythol Solutions ("Mythol", "we"), acting as data controller, provides this notice to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

2. Personal Data We Process
The following personal data may be processed via our website:
- Contact and demo form data: name, email, phone, industry and your message.
- Appointment data: the meeting date and time you select.
- Usage and cookie data: IP-based location, browser/device information and site usage statistics (via Google Analytics, subject to your cookie consent).
3. Purposes of Processing
- To fulfil your demo/meeting requests and to communicate with you,
- To provide information about our services and prepare proposals,
- To measure website performance and improve the user experience,
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed based on your explicit consent (cookies), the necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract (demo/service requests), and legitimate interest (site security and improvement).
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than the email and analytics infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service (e.g. Google Analytics); it is not transferred for commercial purposes except to legally authorised authorities.
6. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods stipulated by applicable legislation; once the purpose no longer exists, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly,
- request its deletion or destruction,
- request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
