Overview

Define your brand voice, visual references and content rules once; Iris prepares content drafts at the cadence you choose. Nothing is published without your approval. Every published post's engagement is tracked; the topics and time slots that resonate most are fed back into the next round of content. At regular intervals you also receive a report summarizing your account's performance with concrete suggestions.

How It Works

From brand identity to publishing calendar — all in one panel.

  1. 01

    Define your brand identity

Your brand voice, visual references and content rules are set up in the panel. Iris only produces within this frame — off-brand content never even reaches the draft stage.

  2. 02

    Let your calendar fill up

Content drafts are prepared at the frequency you set — say, three posts a week — and placed on your calendar. Posts, stories, carousels and captions come together.

  3. 03

    Approve, then publish

Every draft lands in your approval queue. Approve with one tap; anything unapproved is never published. You can also leave an editing note and have the draft regenerated.

  4. 04

The system learns with every post

Engagement and time-slot performance are tracked for every published post. The topics and formats that resonate feed the next production round; the best time windows shape the schedule.

  5. 05

    Receive your report regularly

At set intervals you get a report summarizing your account's performance: what worked, what didn't, and concrete suggestions for the next period.

Use Cases by Sector

Three scenarios that lift the social media load.

Local Business / Services

Hand over the posting routine

Businesses with no time for social media go quiet. Iris fills the calendar and you only approve — your account stays active and on-brand.

E-commerce / Retail

Keep the pace through campaigns

During seasonal peaks, content is the first thing to slip. Define your campaign rules; announcements, product posts and reminders are prepared on schedule.

Multi-brand Operations

Each brand keeps its own voice

When managing several brands, voice mix-ups are the most common mistake. Each brand gets its own rule set; content is produced strictly within its frame.

Scope & Reliability

  • Content generation is constrained by your brand references and rules; nothing off-frame is produced
  • Approval flow: no post is ever published without user approval
  • Publishing goes through the platforms' official APIs; Instagram requires a Business account
  • Posting-time suggestions based on engagement and time-slot data
  • Audit log for critical actions performed in the panel
  • Data processing designed with privacy principles in mind
  • Performance reports viewable and exportable from the panel

Integrations

  • Instagram (Business) — scheduled publishing via the official API
  • Facebook — page posts
  • Report export — performance summaries
  • Integration with other platforms and custom systems on request

Product Q&A

Common questions about this package.

The quota counts published content: post, story or carousel, each publication is one content unit. Drafts you don't approve and editing rounds don't consume it. The quota belongs to the package — on Business, both brands publish from the same pool.

No. The approval flow is the core of the product: every piece of content lands in your queue first and nothing goes live until you approve it. You can also leave an editing note and have the draft regenerated.

During setup your brand voice, visual references and content rules are defined together. Production is constrained to that frame, and your approvals and corrections in the first weeks sharpen it further.

Publishing goes through the platforms' official APIs. On Instagram this requires a Business account per Meta's rules; personal accounts cannot publish via the API. We help you switch during setup.

No. Platform rules prohibit automated comments on other accounts, and doing so can get your account restricted. Iris only prepares on-brand reply suggestions for comments on your own posts — and you approve before anything is sent.
